Some days Mom and Dad would be home with me all day! How happy I was. They would play with me and I would go outside in our yard and lay in the sun.
One day when Mom was home with me, we desided to take a walk. We went out but soon realized we had forgotten something. We went back to the house, but when we got there Mom became upset.
I thought I had done something, but she said she had forgot her key and we couldn't get into the house.
I was too small to walk all the way to our cousin's house so we would have to figure out something else.
We went into the back yard and mom took my lead off. She went to the shed and began looking for something.
Soon she did some very strange things to a window. I was sure it was bad, because it made alot of noise.
Then, she climbed up into the window frame and went into the house! I was all alone! I wanted to be with my Mom!
I sat looking up to the window where Mom had disapeared. I thought and thought. Then, I jumped.
I caught the ledge with my front paws and began walking my back feet up the wall toward the window.
Just then the back door opened and there was Mom!
"Pepper!" she said. "What are you doing? Come here my preaty girl!"
I let go of the wall and dropped to the ground.
I ran to my Mom. She took me into the house and gave me my lunch!
It was a good day, after all!
